SECURA skin cleansers contain an antimicrobial agent demonstrated to be bactericidal against organisms associated with urinary tract infections, and they also help to control odor. SECURA cleansers are no-rinse and contain a nonirritating surfactant to emulsify stool without causing friction. They also contain moisturizers to reduce dryness and are pH balanced to protect the acid mantle.
       SECURA moisture barriers help to treat and prevent diaper dermatitis. Extra Protective Cream adheres to weepy, macerated, and denuded skin and is available with zinc oxide, petrolatum, or dimethicone formulations. SECURA Antifungals contain 2% miconazole nitrate and are effective against Candida albicans, Tinea cruris, Tinea corporis, and Tinea pedis. SECURA Moisturizers are available in lotion or cream formulations. SECURA Protective Cream, Extra Protective Cream, Antifungals, and Moisturizing Cleanser have been pediatric-tested for safety. Unit-dose sizes are also available.
